Does a poisonous weapon mod affect death nova?

If my necro (or Rt/N minion bomber) has a Poisonous weapon mod, and casts Death Nova on a minion, is the resulting poison effect increased by 33%? The reason I ask, is that the poison explosion is indirect, and comes from an enchantment, so I am not sure if the game remembers that the effect is supposed to be increased by 33% by the time the minion actually dies.

Maybe if you die with death nova on you?
Wouldnt the minions be the ones with the enchantment =/
