If i make a guild, how can i make it luxon?

i believe you have to get to cavalon, in factions and talk to the luxon ambassador for him to recruit your guild into the luxon armada.

can you switch factions at will? say you're a 1-man guild, and you've maxed out your kurzick allegiance title. can you switch over to luxon?

I know you can switch your allegance, but I personally do not know how. I just know we were going to join an alliance but the guild was kurzick, so they switched over to Luxon. I do believe you talk to the recruiter and then fullfil any requirement he gives you to switch.
