Gwen glitch in Arachni's Haunt

OMG you people won't believe this. Well, you might, but anyway I just had to share it with you. lol

Okay, so me and a guildie were in Arachni's Haunt, and right at the very end, after we burnt the last batch of eggs, this happens:



We go to the other side to fight Arachni, she's running around in a circle over there like she's body blocked. As you can see, she's flagged over by us and she isn't moving there, she's running between the eggs like she's stuck when nothing is there. Luckily, after a while she did get unstuck and we beat Arachni (who dropped her longbow for me).

But what I'm wondering is, what would have happened if we all wiped and Gwen had been stuck back there like that? She couldn't have moved to res us, and wasn't in Arachni's aggro circle. We woujld have had to resign and start all over. Had that happened, I wouldn't be playing it anymore. Let's hope this doesn't happen again.

It seems Gwen is uber stupid. I mean, she's better than Norgu but her AI is probably worse than anyone else's I've seen. If I ping a target, she runs after a whole other group, aggroes them, and makes us wipe. And now this. Not to mention how vicious she was with Pyre. lol What does everyone else think?

Why don't you turn her off of evade combat and put her on defense?

Sure, blame gwen. I've had the same blocking issues with NF heroes too.

We'd picked off all the spiders, and Arachni hadn't spawned so I was wandering about seeing if she'd pop up, and sure enough she did and managed to wipe us. So I'm lying there (full H/H party) and we're not rezzing...

and why?

Because Dumbass Devona had got herself stuck behind the eggs, was still alive and not going anywhere. I had to spend about 5 minutes fiddling with the flags to get her out, call her over to commit suicide so we could respawn.

/sigh.

Been having a lot of blocking problems just lately.

My Livia was stuck in the same spot, one thing you can do (which I ended up doing) is just flag everyone else away have them equip a vamp and Rebirth them out. If they have a heal shift it off.

two things:


A. Body blocking can be a pain, Ive had frustrating times in Dragrimmar (i think) the stupid allied NPC blocks you.

B. You would have quit GW if you had to resign? LOL thats just dumb.

yes, this has happened to me too, and when I go in with H/H the boss key dont spawn? but if I go with one other player it spawns?
anyone else has? very frustrating.

I got stuck on the eggs in Arachni's Haunt as well. It took me about 5 minutes of random movement to get out of the eggs. I can't imagine trying to flag a hench out of it. Needs to be put on a long list of minor bugs to be fixed..
