Auction Question

I won an auction around 3 hours ago, and I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet. Not that this is the problem, but under the auctions I won thing, it didn't show anything, and I want to know how to contact the seller, and the auction is gone =/ This is my first bid on the auction system, and I was wondering where else I can go to see the sellers email or character name of something.
