Your take on the matter?

I am currently farming for Obsidian armor. I was wondering whether I should get the full Warrior set or or Assassin set, along with a Mo Zing mask.

Even if you hate both, which do you prefer over the other?

Warrior set IMO. I like the Vabbian Sin armor the best.

I don't really like the assassin armor, its not...."Busy" enough for me. Not enough spikes and sharp stuff . on the other hand, everyone has Obsidian warrior, so I would go with the assassin, even if it was just to set myself apart

IMO, all Obsidian Armor looks like crap. However, if you have a Monk, Obsidian SEEMS to be the biggest status symbol among the "leet" 55's out there at The Grotto. Meh.......

I have a very low opinion of the Warrior armor - looks like crap. The Assassin armor looks much better, but not great. But what does my opinion mean? I'm not the one whose looking at your characters all the time. Go with what YOU like and don't worry about the approval of others.

Well if I had to pick between the two, I'd take the Warrior set.

Mainly because Assassin Vabbian looks so great.

Personally, I think I'm going to get Fissure armor for my Ranger.

If you want to get the Mo Zing mask, it seems like it'd go better with the Obsid A armor, despite that one not really looking like a bragging rights armor >.>. Good luck with it

I'd personally go for Assassin, as less people have it and I think it looks better. For me (I have two sets), I would primarily put it on characters I played more often. I have a set for my monk because she is my primary character, and then I rushed to get it on my Derv days after Nightfall came out. I ended up wishing I had put it on my Para instead, but live and learn.

Either way, that's how I would decide, play time.

Assassin armour for sure.
I'd rather run around naked than wear Warrior obsidian, it looks like a mentally challenged child hammered some plastic cones together with his head.

Female necro Obsidian is totally hot, people comment to me on mine all the time. I will agree that the male warrior armour is quite a bit off, especially the helmet which kind of looks like a upside down collander with a porcupine inside of it.

Given the choice between Obsidian Warrior or Assassin... I'd choose Ranger. :P
