+1 attribute for Shield

Hi, I saw a Tormented Shield +30hp Divine Favor +1/20%.

I was just curious on how, and what I would need in order to do this to a shield of my own.

I tried the "Master of My Domain" inscription. But it just makes my shield Tactics +1/20%.

are you sure it was a torment shield? I know that some shields from prophecies had those types of stats but pretty sure you can only get them in prophecies....and maybe factions...but shouldn't be able to get them with any type of inscritpion shields.

There may be a slim chance that a shield in GW:EN had the mod as inscription and it was salvaged, but its a very slim chance.

Otherwise, Tyrian shields are the only ones that drop with +1 mods other than strength and tactics. And they are not salvagable.

if it was a tormented shield then it must be an inscription - what was the name of this inscription if so-

Shields with those kind of stats are only obtainable in Tyria and Cantha. The only way you can get +1 attribute shields with inscriptions is by using a Master of my Domain inscription, which will automatically give +1 attribute for the attribute the focus/shield needs. So no, a Tormented Shield with those stats is not possible to make.
