Do inscribable Amber Aegis'es drop?

And for that matter, what's the plural of aegis anyway? I know it is a Factions item, but does it also drop: in the Treasure Chests in Elona, or as an inscribable drop from the Deep/Urgoz chests?

Possibly, there is Cyndr's Aegis which is an Amber Aegis dyed black...

Greens don't usually matter in regards to what skins drop. I'd say that they don't. I imagine they might drop from the HoH chest, since it drops everything, but aside from that, since there hasn't been a single one yet, there won't be.

They are very, very rare drops but I do expect them to drop in urgoz end chest.

Unless the item comes from something that will drop inscribable items and it's from Prophecies/Factions, then it will not be inscribable. A quick look at the wiki page on amber aegis' says that it only drops in the Echovald forest from chests and monsters.
If it does drop from Urgoz's chest, then it will be inscribable.
If it does drop from Urgoz's chest, then it will be inscribable.
