Trading someone in Taiwan

Someone has an item for me but they only seem to have eastern districts. Apparently they do not have access to the international districts nor europe and america, which are the only ones i have available. How would i be able to trade with this person??

I thought anyone can travel to any district these days

Everyone should have access to the international district.

thats a gross exageration i have no doubt people have internet in taiwan, and no its not monitored by the government. as to the issue he could always switch regions to american english at least 5 times i think.

Don't be a tool, it was never about internet access. It was a question on Governments and there power over people, China plays a very different GW, to American players.

And it is certainly possible that they may not have access to International servers, We need someon from Taiwain to confirm or deny.

More like someone from Anet. If they don't have International Districts, I doubt they'd let them have access to this website either.

When considering how you should respond to this guy, his ability to access international districts or not should be irrelevant.

If they do have international districts then he is trying to weasel out of the trade. So treat him as you would any other person who refuses to complete an agreed upon trade.

If they don't have international districts then he shouldn't of been trying to arrange a trade he couldn't complete. In this case he shouldn't be using whichever site he used to arrange the trade, instead he should use one that deals with taiwan districts only. Since he can't trade with us its no loss to him if people refuse to trade with him or he gets banned, but it lets others know he can't/won't complete the trade. So again, treat him as someone who refuses to complete the trade.

If you want to find out if he can access international or not pull up his trading history if you can looking for international trades (showing him to be lying) along with asking him when he found out about being locked out of international districts. But as I said, you don't actually need to know that to respond to him.

check your connection [err7] were a taiwan guild. or at least their guild hall was created by a taiwanese person as whenever they won hoh it mentioned taiwan. I chest ran with some of their members a few times in international districts if that helps. i cannot say i have played with a taiwanese person but i can say i have played with a guild who wins hoh for that server in international districts.

I'm no expert, but I believe that Taiwan does not go through Chinese servers. They govern themselves independently of PRC, even though PRC does not recognize it. Someone from Taiwan should have access to the international districts even though someone from China may have restricted access.
