pc on chrysocola staff req11 energy storage

got this staff, it's only available from chests and at the end of the ooze dungeon chest in EOTN, it looks great, atleast 7 foot long, much bigger than other staffs

when dye is applied, the whole appearance of the staff changes, to become various vivid colours on choice

the mods are perfect, but not necessarily desirable, they could be changed
