I wonder - if I attack a target with a scythe and the attack hits another 2 adjucent to him, will they loose an enchantment too?

nope only the target. same concept as a regular attack skill, target takes extra damage the rest take regular, barrage+poison tip signet and other combos...

barrage and poison tip signet is something else. if you would read the skill discriptions carefully you would know.
i don't know your answer but i *think* that if you hit adjacent foes on a skill usage they *will* lose an enchant also.

They lose an echantment as well. The adjacent ones.

Its just like victorious sweep if you attack 3 foes adjacent you will get the health bonus for each foe.
So it does removes 1 enchantment to the adjacent foes aswell.

If you have more health then those foes who are hit.
