States? Like the "state" my character lives in?
Do you mean continent? If so, after a while, you'll start to learn which characters originate from which place. The faces are all different and the hair is also inherent.
If you mean like "physical state" or "spiritual state" then I don't really know...

Ah... he mean 'strength', 'dexterity' and such?
There is no such thing in GW.
But here are other 'hidden' data, like:
- Current armor. (Xtotal, Yphysical, Zelementa, Afire, Bcold, etc)
- Current weapon damage (min..max)
- Current chances of dealing a critical.
- Current chances of blocking
- Current pet damage.
- etc...
