Can't get other char's to GWEN

Hi,

I have 7 lvl 20 characters who all have access to the right cities to get the GWEN quest. I only got one to GWEN through Lion's Arch and now I can't get any of the others to GWEN. I've been asking around and nobody seems to know, but when I take the quest to go to GWEN I can't get into the hole. The hole is not interactive and doesn't give me the option to select it to go inside like it did for the first character I got in GWEN. So can you only take one character on your account to GWEN, or is this just a glitch and I should reinstall the software? What's going on?

No need to reinstall, there's glitch thats been happening since yesterday. i posted on here yesterday which has since been moved to the bugs section, so the community at least is aware of it which means i hope Anet would be too
