Can Pain Inverter be used on him?

You should be able to, and you should have to. If you don't, it's a bug, since you're not supposed to be able to do any damage at all to Cyndr without weakening the carapace.

Im pretty sure pain inverter can be used on him, but it think his carapace must be off in order to cause him damage with it.
