I too ascended today. 20 R/E

w00t the day of ascension, I too have become ascended! and yeah, that crap wasn't easy. anyone find the first mission AFTER ascension to be surpisingly easy compared to the tests you just had to endure? i dunno, maybe its just cause I had a really good group?

I acsned around, 2 days ago I think. Now my 2nd character is almost at the Crystal Desert. w00t!

Yeah, I don't have enough materials to buy new armor to get it infused *cry*

Doesnt matter the group really. I did it with all hench and no deaths on my team at all.

I ascended also today. I thought that the mission after ascending was easier although I think it was because I was w/ a great group. By the time people get to ascending they know how to play pve pretty well. I learned quite a bit after getting owned some in the desert.

I was very lucky last night to get into some fantastic pick up groups and complete the quests on the first try. I am so sorry I dont remember any names, but the group was freaking awesome. Beat my mirror image on the first try aswell, took about 20 seconds. I really thought it was going to be harder.

Just need to get through the Dragon Lair now

Grrr im lvl 16 and doing the acension quests, it takes so long to level up. Well congrats on all the guys that made it. (fortunatly as a mes the level doesnt hurt me too much, still i get some funny looks, is lvl 16 a record to be so far?)

what exactly is acension? i have asked ingame but no one would tell me. and i figure i would rather sound like a large noob and ask than seem like a larger noob and not have any clue at all for when i start my acension.

meh... i have no idea what it is either... but acension sounds cool doesnt it? lol

I ascended yesterday too.

Ascension takes place in the desert. You have to beat three missions, Dunes of Despair, Thirsty River and Elona's Reach. After doing those 3 missions, you make your way to Augury Rock and complete ascension. Won't say more for spoiler reasons =)

Yay! i did it yesterday, and i beat dragons lair but from there on it stuff gets hard ..


now where do i change my secondary!?

Oh god, I just finished Elona's Reach, and it was easily the most satisfying thing I've ever done. After failing it a few times before today, I started a group and made SURE the people that joined were non-idiots and team players. It took us five, maybe six times to get it, but when we did, we did it flawlessly...Except for the end. Double-pull on the last group we had to go. Two people left alive while the fight raged, they grabbed the crystal and ran. One guy died at the base of the temple from one single enchanted sword, and the guy behind him skipped the crystal (and got yelled at intensely), and at 1/3 health he stopped right infront of the Ghost hero, and when we realized that the ghost hero got the aggro off, there was much rejoicing (Yaaay!). He brought the crystal in safely, and we all cheered.

I can only imagine what the other two trials, let alone the rest of the game, will be like.

there are still alot of missions after ascension, and they are very fun too... except you have to do 5 infusion runs if you want to finish them all.
