r10 Zealous Platinum Sickles of Enchanting

r9(Soul Reaping) Dead Scepter of Memory
HSR20%(S.R.) HCT10%inscr

r12(Blood Magic) Blood Spore Scepter of Memory
HSR20%(B.M.) HCT10%inscr

Also, could you tell me if a r9 +15%dmg(in Stance) Sephis Axe is still worth anything?

1. Salvage mods from it first, axe itself 3k-5k
2. ~10k
3. ~5k/Salvage mods
4. Salvage mods, merch the wand
5. Has become very common skin, ~5k or so in my opinion.
