i want to know the price just for the skin, since i'm not interested in investing money for the mods.

sephis around 50-70k
not considering mods on it, since unids

about the runic let me know if you may want to trade it as it is (i can offer a stygian scythe(50-70k) and some other stuff since don't rly got cash :S

Runic should be about +5-10 not to sure though
And id them first most people wont but a unid inscription item for more than 800g.
