Hi, is the White numbers at the top of armour how good it is and the Blue numbers underneath the additional bonuses?
I just bought Wyvern (I think) armour which has White: 50, then I got to next town which had armour White: 59, so is that better armour and I've just spent all my cash?

"Armor: X" is its armor value, the highest is 80, and the higher is better protection.
Blue is additional bonuses from runes and insignia, and in the case of some professions' armor, inherent bonuses (such as the Warriors' +20 vs physical and the Rangers' +30 vs elemental).
+9 armor is generally not worth spending your money on. Save your money, and continue on.

(White) Armor: 50 is the current defense on the armor, wich can't be altered unless you get a new set.
(Blue) is bonuses, runes or insignias.
Yeah I agree with the post above, keep your 50 armor set and wait untill you can get the max armor or some between.

As a quick note, 80 is the maximum for warrior armor.
