Hi all,

I've been noticing this strange thing for a while, I don't know if it was a stealth update or if it's working as intended :

when you try to expert salvage a unid gold armor, instead of getting an unid rune or insignia and having a chance to keep the original unid armor, now the armor breaks all the time.

I have rank 6 treasure hunter and wisdom and I have tested this on around 20 unid armor (not bought, I don't buy unid, all were selfdropped), every one of them broke, whereas I used to break like 1 or 2 on 20 a few weeks before.

maybe it's just a (very) big coincidence ...

I don't know if it's this topic should be moved to bug or not, mods please advise if needed

From memory that was added a while ago to prevent people getting multiple identifys from a single item.

oh well, I wish they made that more apparent
edit : I mean it was only a footnote on gamewiki and nothing was said on the official site or wiki ...

There were lots of scams, where people bought Unid Armor that has already been salvaged.

I am not sure if anyone ever tried to use one of the perfect salvage kits from GW:EN though - I know there was a previous thread about this but I lost track of it...
