Enraging Charge

I wanted this warrior skill so I looked on Guild wiki to see where it was available. Wiki states I can buy it from the skill trainer at Command Post.

I went to this trainer and he does not have the skill. I am curious if this is a mistake or if Wiki is incorrect. If so, is there any other early area where I can buy or capture this skill?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

You could try the skill trainer in Yohlon Haven, but I noticed that the official wiki does not have it listed at the Command Post.
Just get a Signet of Capture and kill this boss in the Mehtani keys: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Bloodback_Morrob

An anonymous user added the Command Post availability. The wiki is supposed to track only skill trainers that offer it unconditionally, but most people who edit the aquisition on skills pages don't seem to realise that.

Regardless, follow the advice of the above user. It is far easier to use a Signet of Capture to capture the skill than it is to reach torment and get it there.

As an alternative, if you PvP at all and have 1000 Balthazar Faction you can unlock the skill at a Priest of Balthazar, after which you will be able to buy it from any skill trainer in Elona.

Have you completed the Prisoners of War quest? There are multiple versions of the Command Post that change as you complete the the Building the Base quest line, of which PoW is one of them. You should have access after that. Alternately, the wiki also shows where you can cap them or you can unlock it with Balth Faction and then just purchase it from any skill trainer.

I have to check and see if I have completed that part of the "building the base" quest.

I think I only did the 1st part of it so that may be the problem. I will do the
2nd part and if that doesn't work, I will kill the boss shown on the map.
