Norn Bear, Raven, Wolf Skills Visuals - Where are they?

It can be assumed that all three shrines are the same (which would make sense) and so are unable to transform your physically.

I think his point Curse_You is that since ANY profession can use Dervish forms (even if they only last for 4 seconds or whatever) that shows that the coding for shapeshifting any profession/character model and not just Dervishes already exists.

I've never said that all professions can't. However, the fact that the skills are nothing like Dervish forms is what I'm stressing.

You are mixing the two sentences.

"imbues you with its aura": Very vague and leaves room for interpretation (and it's just a sentence of a npc in a dialogue)
In contrast the skill description is very clear: 'You take on the aspect (=appearance) of the wolf'.

"This magic does not provide the physical prowess we received from the bear spirit.": This sentence means: the transformation into a bear provides more physical prowess than the transformation into a wolf. So in simple words: wolf != bear and skills of wolf != skills of bear

I think it is/was planned, that you change into a wolf/bear/raven, just as you can change into a wurm. As said before it looks extremly silly, the way it's now. Money or time are probably the reasons for this situation.

Hell, I don't care if we don't transform. But if it says we take on the aspect, I want to see the aura of an animal around me.

Also, the Norn use a different skill in order to transform. The one they use is actually a form.

Norns shapeshift into Nornbear.
Humans can already shapeshift into other things (Dervish Forms, Rollebeetle races, etc...)
So, as long as Humans DO NOT shapeshift into Were-like beast (Werewolf, nornbear, etc...) there should not be any proble at all.

They could change into bears, raves or wolves.
Those are temporary blessings granteds uniquely and excepcionally to humans by the Norn spirits.

At least they should have unique effecst, like those bars that randomly appeared around players that used lunar fortunes.
Currently there is no way to know that a party meber is under that effects other that watching the using the skills. And should NOT be like that.

Agreed. I was highly dissapointed with the armours that came out with GW:EN.

They were reskinned, no doubt about it. :/

They should have done a "design an armour" contest, and picked some ideas for armour if they were run dry themselves.

Agreed, armor appearance isnt that important, this would give us the look we all seem to want.

Yea, not like Guild Wars cannon is partially defined as being things done or said by NPCs.

When Jora says "we" she means the Norn. So in simple words: Ursan Blessing != Bear Form.

I don't see why Anet should waste their time/effort/money making "forms" for a skill that many players will only use a handful of times before reverting back to their original skill bar. Sure it might be kinda cool, but I'm willing to bet the a lot of people would complain "I don't want to change into a bear/wolf/raven when I use this skill", "This goes against the lore!", etc.
