Small change to faction title

For the Kurzick/Luxon titles everyone knows that you can get a double rate of return by donating to your guild or by buying skills. I am in a Kurzick guild but am working on my Luxon title. At the moment the only way to get the double rate is by buying the pve skills, but I am going to run out of skills to buy soon. The only way to let me get the 2x faction after all skills are bought is to leave my guild, join a luxon guild, donate and then return to my own guild. This is obviously really annoying + expensive to do 2 or 3 times a day. My suggestion is to let PvP characters buy the PvE skills, this will obviously have no effect for the PvP characters since they can't use them in PvP, but it will allow you to get double faction rate without forcing you to change guilds constantly.

Actually, they specifically got rid of this to avoid abuse. Now only level 20 characters can learn PvE skills.

There is a similiar change I'd like to see implemented. During the last double points weekend, I got a guest invite to a Luxon guild so that I could reach level 1 on the Luxon title. My real guild is Kurzick.

I acquired 10,000 faction and tried to donate the faction to my host guild, but it wouldn't let me. I think we should be able to donate the faction to a guild that let us in as guests, especially if we're standing in their guild hall at the time.

They got rid of it back in the old days where people were having guests donate for them, making certain alliances way overpowered.
