When it says "special items can only be created once per account", does this really mean "once per access key" or is it truly "once per account"?

In other words, if I buy several copies of the mag, will I get a mini every time I add an access key? Or will the game tell me that I've already added the mini to that account if I try to add an additional key?

You'll get the "you already have one of those keys" type of message. When it says 1 per account, it means 1 per account.

I believe it will tell you that key has been added already. So you can only get the mini once.

its about the mini destoryer. and i am amulti accounter so i got 1 key and friends gave me 2 more. but since i have 3 acoRED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs its perfect..well only 2 now since one account got hacked or somehting...but w/e

Thanks, I figured that was the case but wanted to make sure.

I guess I'll just be content with 1 for each account, until the prices drop dramatically.

Well if you have another account, you could enter the key on the other account and have a very trustworthy person trade it between accounts.

But if you don't have another account completely ignore that information
