Bogroot Growths

Ok, so i take a nice long walk through sparkfly swamp, get a party wipe early on from lazy aggro. Finally make it to Griff, i take the quest, wander into the dungeon...

So what now??

Upon entry there are two frogs, yellow + red. I let them fight it out for a bit, neither is dieing. As i've taken the fight for red quest, i decide to kill the yellow frog. Er... right. It's like a perma intervention, everytime it should die, some miraculous heal steps in. What the hell is going on!? I try killing the other.. same thing. I then scout around, as shown on the wiki map i should be going through a large door. No lever. Nothing. It's just.. shut. No other paths leading off. Anywhere.

There's a scrap of paper reading "Wanted: Yellow Ohpir. DEAD! See Griff in Sparkfly Swamp." But.. griff is with you inside.. so i talk to him.

There was nothing about this on wiki, is it just a bug..? Can anyone tell me how i get further, or.. actually start the dungeon? How i kill one of these frogs? (if supposed to)

Sounds like a bug, I just took a quest and killed everything in my way. I didn't really pay attention to different teams of frogs.

the large door with no lever is probably opened by a hidden switch.

I'd just go everywhere I could, killed everything I could, and let the rest sort itself out.

Same bug happened to me. I had to go outside the dungeon and come back in before I could kill those two and open the door to proceed.

I experienced this when i had both quests, one from red and one from yellow.
removed one and went back, killed the dang frog

I hate the rit boss here tried for a good hour to kill him last night wouldnt die so i gave up

need to daze him, I did it on my sin.. you should be able to do it too
