I wanna know the best way to farm norn points because I really want the norn armor for my ranger. I just dont know the best way to do this. Can someone please help me?

The best way is to play through all the quests and then when you're still 10K short on points go out and clear entire maps of all their monsters. (Being sure to visit every shrine along the way to get the kills bonuses.)

In Norn I'd be inclined to run 3 eles (2 fire and 1 warder), bring 2 hench warriors and 2 hench monks. If you're a ranger primary then you can go as an splinter barrage ranger with some interrupts.

I hate the Norn armors so I haven't really farmed the maps. Maybe someone else can suggest the best maps to clear.

Clear out Varajar Falls or w.e. It's fairly easy and you get ~3-4k

You may already have done this. Sif Shadowhunter in Sifhalla offers quests to get bounties on boss monsters. That will have you clearing Drakkar Lake, and Jaga Moiraine. Those quests offer bonus norn reputation, and will familiarize you with clearing those two zones, so if you are in for the grind you can clear them repeatedly using the tactics you learn while getting the quests.

Also the Kinslayer quest grants 3000 norn points for the first time through. Other dungeons in the Norn area grant 1500 Norn reputation points.

Outside of doing dungeons the best idea is to clear Drakkar Lake, many times.
