GW being used to sell daggers?

Just came across this, thought it kind of odd.

Their using GW art as a background for this particular model of dagger, yet they look nothing like anything from GW that I've seen. Not to mention they pulled the GW logos and any watermarks off it. I'm pretty sure that's illegal no?
