i am stuck on mayhem in the market on nightfall

can u give me some tips on this because i've been tryin for ages and i always come to amass of kappa or afflicted

Sounds like you over aggro. Make sure you take your time and kill the entire group before moving to the next. Also, if there are groups close together, flag the hench back and pull the first to you. Sometimes while trying to run away the henchmen will run into other mobs or trigger pop ups.

No there is LOADS

Well, the Afflicted and Kappa fight each other so you can just stand to the side and pick them off one by one or wait until they finish fighting and mop up the remaining.

If you mean there's loads of one group just sitting around then perhaps you have other quests active, adding more? All you'd need to do is prot someone up and have them run ahead and tank while you and the rest of the team kill them.
