Permanent Ban?!

I tried logging in today to my GW account. I put in my password, hit enter, but it read 'The following account has been banned due to a breach of the EULA Use Agreement. This ban is permanent.' I know for a fact i did not do anything against the EULA, for the past 2 weeks i started playing again. No one has access to my account. All i tried doing this week was sell things. Maybe i was banned for spamming? I hope there is a way to undo this, i did nothing to deserve a permanent ban.

You are in the wrong place. All that will happen here is unjustified speculation as to how many rules you broke while swearing you didn't break any. The only good thing for you to do is send a support ticket to customer service. Posting here will gain you an incredible amount of grief =/.

Alright, ill send one in. I guess im just pissed off right now about this. Close the thread. Anet bashers will come, then it will turn into a support issue..

Keep sending support ticket explain situation, ask why and see repsonse.
If you bug them enough they will double check.

Only thing I can think of is spam trade chat in the All chanel.
