it seems rare atm since, after a whole week searchin Lion's Arch and Kaineg Center I finally found 2 people who had it, yet only one was actually selling it.
I guess not many people farm Oola's Lab atm. It does have a farley cool animated skin, and not many rit staffs do dark dmge and are resotration req.
