I'm sorry if this has been mentioned before, but will there be any means of acquiring the Bonus Mission Pack outside of buying something from the GW store?
Thanks.

most likely its a business plan (or ploy) to make the customer think he or she has to buy crap from the online store or they will miss out. Once the deadline reaches and anet cannot benifit anymore for the online store push due to promotion, then they well publically announce other ways to get it (most likely).

I was thinking that we could use our characters to play as in the mission pak, but it does make sense why we cant. I wonder if your character you play as, ex. Joko, Togo, is a skin over your character like the roller beatles or corsair outfits. I know we have preset skill bars for them as well, but how do you claim the new weapons we can obtain? I am kinda interested in seeing how this will play out.

the simple answer is, its only available threw purchases on the GW store, and A-Net has already released a magazine article "claiming" thats it will not be available to buy afterwards.
But as loyal devoted GW fan i honestly think this is unfair, not all of us are little mumma's boy rich kids with a credit card or a spending amount, i make as little as $150 and there lots to buy in between, i think they should have mission pack available threw normal stores, and A-Net's basic "I dont care about the poor" just shows how much they care about money compared to there fans(cant blame them, money is the root of all evil)
any way there should be an online pertition to have the Bonus Mission Pack available in normal stores, so atleast the poorer people/credit cardless people can obtain it, either buy layway(laybuy) or just pay cash!!!!
anyway if A-Net makes it only obtainable threw the online store i for 1 am gonna be done with GW, if there not screwing us over with updates, there screwing us over for our money *middle finger up at A-Net*

I don't mean to hijack this thread but people should know Anet isn't trying to screw anyone with this deal. Game publishers take a huge cut from game sales through stores like Gamestop. By selling software from their online store they get more money per sale than they would if it was bought off of a store shelf. Valve is doing the same thing with Steam. I have no problem with Anet wanting to get more money for their work without raising the cost for the buyers. I bought GWEN off the online store so it works out well for everybody.
