Easy Black Widow?

Ok, Ashlyen Spiderfriend or something like that has a lvl 20 black widow, and it's her pet, but aren't there instances when you can tame a bosses pet if the boss dies from another group or something? anyoen have any ideas of how one could do this? it would be awesome if i could get easy black widow spiders on all of my characters somehow. but any help is appreciated.

if the pet is already tamed by the monster you cant tame it

If you could run super fast across the map and interrupt that boss while he is using charm animal, then maybe, just maybe you could get that black widow...

From memory, he isn't that far away from Arachni's Haunt, so you might be able to pull it off if you start from there.

The spider starts off tamed to her since the boss does not carry 'Charm Animal' with her.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Black Widows are only in UW correct? Or is there a spot in EOTN they are charmable as well now?

AFAIK tameable black widows are only available in UW...

They are in fact only *tameable* in UW, but one exists as a pet of that boss in GWEN. You can't have it though.... at least until someone more creative (and likely with a lot more free time) than me figures out a way if there actually is one.

any proof of that? all PvE monsters with pets in the game. until eotn at least, charmed their pets when you enter the area or their aggro.

I dont kow if it counts as proof, but wiki says:
* Magus Stones as a pet already charmed by Ashlyn Spiderfriend

They probably Signet of Captured her which proves that she does not have Charm Animal.

Not to mention that the spider disapears if you kill the boss.

Taming the UW black widow is so easy. I got them for ALL my heros, and I also helped a guildie get them for all of his too. (its the cost to get in and having to wait for the gods to bless us that sucks). But basically all you have to do is wipe the area before taking the quest that will spawn the spider. But as for being able to tame a pet that belonged to an enemy, we have never been able to do that in the past so i seriously doubt that we can do it now.
