How about if this NPC were to indicate which skills are unlocked on your account?
rather that just offering those your character does not know...


EDIT - to clarify - indicate on the offered skills which are unlocked

/seconded, i've used the hero trainer forgetting I bought the PvP unlock pack and was a little ragey afterwards

It should display that the skill is unlocked, but It should still show you, maybe you want to get that skill with this char, despite of having it unlocked.
