Looking for mature and large guild for high-end PvE and PvP

Hello! I am looking for new guild. I would like to join large guild with mature and active players that are laid back, like to chat, play together, and know how to have a good time. I am intrested in doing high-end PvE (Mallyx, Warren, Deep, HM, and so on) since I done mostly everything in "usuall" PvE
Also, I am intrested in GvG, HA, TA and AB. I have all 4 chapters and 5 chars (all lvl 20, full gear). I'm from Europe, time zone is GMT+1 here.

What I don't need is guild who will:
-recruit me only because they lack active members
-force me to grind faction, money, etc
-guild with members who don't ever say anything, don't want to play together, are anti-social, and so on.
-guild that only does 1 thing in game. I enjoy to play many aspects of this game.
-guild with immature players.
