
texmod problem

um yeah i just tex mod and im following the step it says on wiki then when i start the game up they have no effect plz help

Be sure you execute the gw.exe file THROUGH tex mod
DO NOT START GW BY CLICKING THE ICON!!!!! That will not execute the files texmod would use.

Hmmm....
You have the right exe file for the mod
Do you have the packages loaded in the screen below? Make sure the locations are correct.
Which mods for it are you trying to run?

Hmmm I have never tried using that mod.
Perhaps the file does not work correctly, thats my last guess....

This might help:
Run text mod.
First choose your target application. That being GW.exe. If you did it right you should see the little GW helmet icon appear.
Then tab down to "package mode".
Use the file folder icon to the right of the package window. Use this to find the mod you want to use. Your mod should appear in the window. Highlight the mod.
Then hit run. Texmod should run GW for you, that is , launch GW. If that doesn't work, try turning "post-process effects" on and off in the GW settings.

If your renderer is NOT DirectX 9 or above, TexMod will NOT work.
