Wanting to charm a black widow..Help?

welll for awhile now i have beenb wanting to capture a black widow as a pet
but i have not found a team that would take me in and do one of the quest to get a black widow to charm
So i need some help with this
my current build is as follows
Barrage:elite
savage shot
throw dirt
optional(charm animal)
distracting shot
splinter weapon
Troll unguent
res signet
16 marks
2 Wild survival
14 expertise
1 beast mastery
6 channeling
is there any advice? anything i should know?
well i no this article is partailly long and i thank you for bothering to read.

Start your own team for UW.
Ooor... get a friend/guildie and take heroes. UW's a breeze, really.

thanks for the advice..but there is one problem
none of my guilddies are helping either
and taking the henchies that are currently there would be a death sentance >.<
and also there is only 7 minutes of favor left at the time i edited this >.<

bump channelling to 10 if your using splinter and drop troll for nightmare wep. also just use heroes. UW is easy
