Well, it's a bit... weird. I mean, offline is for when you don't want people to talk to you. But only your friends and your guild (usually) see when you're online. Unless you need to ignore your guild (in which case you should probably look for a different one) I don't see much point in this.

I see what he's talking about. For example, someones spamming "EVERYONE! PM NOXIFY THE MIGHTY!!!!! HE HAS THE ECTOES FOR LIEK FREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

This way, you could ignore all of the @$$holes that are trying to PM you, but still be able to talk to your friends.

may work to block botters ^^

in other words you can be online, and know who will be speaking to you.

i know exactly what you mean, use it on MSN allll the time.
