Hi guys/gals:

I am currently having problems with this mission, I've tried with henchies/heroes and other ppl. We still don't have enough time to kill the enemies surrounding the crystals. The enemies here tend to heal themselves plus there are multiple bosses around it. I've even tried soloing it just by running without killing using the following skills on my warrior:

Rush, Rage of the Ngouka, Heal Signet and Holy Veil

Usually I get blasted by arrows and spells, plus the mines cripple me. It was getting so frustrating that I went back to Night Falls and continue the missions there.

How did you guys do it? There isn't plenty of time to kill all enemies within 30 minutes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well in american districts, people usually run the mission quite a bit.

If you wanted to run it I would suggest bringing mending touch/ a condition removal, keep holy veil and use sprint + enraged charge for a permanent run speed. You can bring all hero/hench with you if you want and flag them at ghostly to keep incase you die. If your getting low on health you drop the crystal and lose aggro.

Only hard part about running it is having the patience for slipping by most groups, since you can pretty much run it with only ever aggroing the people who are the keepers of the crystals.

Also, when you bring the first crystal back don't use it, instead just drop it by ghostly. When you use one it changes enemy patrol patterns.

If you take your time and choose taget order properly, you have plenty of time to do this mission.

Yeah, once you know where the crystals and ghosts are, bonus + mission can be completed with more than enough time to walk your way back to return the crystals. That timer makes people panic.

Sages first and don't return the second crystal once you get it, just carry it to the third crystal and return both at the same time.

You don't need a run for this mission, it's really easy; bring Mending Touch to get rid of that cripple + bleeding if you want or disable those plants and get out of range before they explode.

If you have GW:EN and just want to run it, "I am unstoppable" will be a priceless addition to your skillbar. I never ran tho, except the last crystal. Big damage and proper pulling is the key to killing mobs fast enough that they don't gang up on you. Even with the low corpse count, a minion bomber has served me well in ER on HM. With GW:EN, a 3 ele midline with AoE fire damage and AoE water snares would probably beat down fast.

The south crystal is what I usually go for first, as the pace at which you get it sets the tone for the rest of the mission. Pull groups carefully and avoid getting on the bridge as you can find yourself mobbed hard. Just clear the area and kill the bosses. Its better that they die than hinder you and your team.

I advise leaving the west crystal till last, since you will prolly spend much time clearing the area to get the two priests and this creates a quick--safer--run once you have it. Flag heroes at the door when you get that crystal and they will fight the locked out mobs for you while you make a getaway (at that point, ti doesn't mater what dies as long as you make it back to "base"). if you cleared a path on your way to it, its smooth sailing to the finish line.

you can avoid most of the patrols with the right timing and watching the patterns they run in. today i ended up soloing half the mission on my assassin because i didn't have rez and my pug was wiped, i still managed to get the second crystal in and then go out and get the last crystal.. course the build i was using has some pretty heavy stay aliveness to it (deathblossom spam and 3 enchants+mystic regen for +12 regen). but i finished it with about 10 mins to spare still. i must say they people in that pug were pretty gratful to me^^

Thanks for the feedback, I guess I haven't been lucky finding the right team.

I will try running it again this time flagging my henchies away in case I die. I might even clear some of the area leading to the crystal.

Btw, what is GW:EN? Nevermind I found out is Eye of the North..

I tried it today again with henchies I almost had it. Got the crystal to the south then I got crystal to the west but I was running out of health, was crippled and couldn't get out of aggro fast enough. Next time I will bring mending touch and try it again.

I actually finished it woot! Someone helped me out as well.

Don't forget you can bring endure pain and drop the crystal if your fearing a death. Once you drop it you can hit a run skill (if you remove cripple/ slow hex) and they'll run back to their place so you can easily grab the crystal again and finish once you heal up.
