LF Luxon PvE active guild

I am pretty much a GW veteran so I get bored of the game easily if none of my current guild members want to do anything. So I am looking for a Luxon guild that has a very established community that does the following:

Daily planned group events such as HM missions, Elite Areas, Dungeon crawls

This is basically what I am looking for, but I am also no stranger to pvp so if you have any sort of pvp program like GvG or HA I am willing to help with that also.
I have low tolerance of training people new to the game, fyi.

I have a character for each profession and then some so I am pretty knowledgeable about every profession as far as build making and tactics go.

I also like to work on titles from time to time, especially vanquishing.

I have both vent and ts apps so I welcome that if you have it as well.
I like a guild that talks to each other as much as possible. I currently suffer in a guild that has many members who keep to themselves even when I directly address them in guild chat.

One more important detail is that i live in east coast USA so I would prefer an American guild since my playtime on weekdays is usually from 6pm est till 12am est or later

also if it is possible I would like to transfer some like minded individuals from my current guild as well since they too are fed up with the current situation. I'd say about maybe 5 people at most. If not that's okay.
