I am trying to register to be a member in the GW guru auction thing, but when I go to register, you must put in the PIN number that is on the page, except all that is displayed is the little red X in a white box. I've refreshed the page, right clicked the X and clicked show picture, and I've looked at some of my browser settings(Internet Explorer). Does anyone know what setting could effect this, and is this the proper place to post this? Thanks.

Did you check the email account you used to sign up with? Not sure if that's it, but that's where I'd look.

Sounds to me like you were right at looking at browser settings. I'm no expert but it could be Java issues.

I'm so ignorant to these things.

To commander: I cannot sign up for it because I cannot complete the registration form because I cannot see the PIN number I am supposed to put in. Third poster: Yes I am rather ignorant of browser settings as well and that is why I ask for help here

You might want to PM the auction administrator, he can probably help more than I can, i sometimes have troubles with the auction area, also.

Yes, I understand that and what I'm telling you is that sometimes, in the middle of registration there will be a "go check your email for a pin or what ever to complete the registration process".
