Active exp. PvP'r LF exp. but casual PvP guild

About me:
I have played GW for a little over 1yr (1712hrs). I played PvE for a month or two to learn game mechanics, but since then have been playing PvP exclusively. I can play most roles/classes decently well, though my favorite class is Assassin (682hrs on my pvp sin). I have basically been in the same guild (or one of its branch-offs) since I started playing, but it's PvP branch has slowly dwindled down due to people's RL conflicts, and so I am now looking for a new home. I have never really liked HA much, but play all other PvP forms (GvG, TA, AB, even CM, scrimmages, etc). My primary interests right now are probably GvG and TA. When I am in a match, I take the game seriously and play to win. But in the end, I really don't care if we won or not. I want to win more often than we lose, but thats about it. As long as I had fun playing it, I'm happy. I am not willing to put up with 'ragers' and/or others who cannot control themselves. I enjoy making (and discussing) builds (both individual and team), and I think I'm pretty good at it. My time zone is EST. On weekdays I normally play evening hours (between 6-12), and on weekends it varies. However, I'll hopefully be getting a new job soon, so my schedule may be changing. I am 23 years old, male, American.

Have GvG exp. from rank 1000-400. Mostly ~500 range.
Have vent, mic.
Own proph., factions, nightfall, but currently not GWEN.

What I am looking for in a guild:
I am looking for a guild of active PvP players of above-average skill level. I want to be able to log on and easily get a group for some kind of pvp. And to be confident that everyone on the team knows what they're doing. I'm not interested in guild drama/politics, newbies, or players who are leetsauce. I'm interested in having fun decent people to group with, who's skill level and general game knowledge are similar to my own. The guild should have enough members that gvg can be regular, even if it is only a match or two per session. Members should be semi-competitive, but casual and willing to play around with new or unusual builds. The guild should have a hall, a vent server (or TS I suppose, I've just never tried it), and preferably a website with a forum. Or at least somewhere that members can post/discuss builds or other useful info. Luxon alliance is preferred so that I don't have to start my title over, but it's not mandatory. If your guild is what I'm looking for but you're Kurzick, I won't cry about it.
