Hi all I'm a newb to GW and I'm playing Nightfall. I beat Prophecies so far and now I'm going for NF leaving Factions last.
My questions:
1. Is it possible to completely mess up on any Title tracks other than Survivor? For example, is there any area that counts for Cartographer that I cannot access later and mess up my title? I don't mind for spoilers. We never know, maybe the newb island sinks or explodes so I want to know just to make sure I can come back later to explore all and still be a cartographer, lol.
2. Getting Sunspear ranks is a bit annoying. I'm now at Jokanur Diggings and I need Level 12 or 300 Points I think. How can I get these the quickest? It seems I need the points to progress as primary quest so this is getting me stuck. Hints on how to 'farm' these points are welcome, or how to skip the quest and just go on with missions/quests that are more fun.
Thanks.
Any miss-able Title? (Plus Sunspear Newb Q)

Survivor is the only one you can 'mess up' on. Well that and leaving Pre-sear Tyria early and missing out on the Legendary Protector of Ascalon title. But you don't have to worry about that one regardless. As for sunspear points, you're pretty much limited to doing the few quests that are offered, and gaining the rest of your points through bounties. At a certain level you can't get bounties anymore on Istan Isle, so you'll have to go to the mainland before you can start farming points again.

Well the only thing i'd say is when you make your char, do the noob tutorial thing. Because you get to uncover a little extra of the map by going around the long way.
Also make sure to walk around the path to where you'd normally go if your skipping tutorial too. It isn't much but it uncovers a little extra leeway.

Thanks. That annoyed me too. I found a way to farm them quickly though.
You'll need the quest Diamond In The Rough for this. Start from Jokanur and take the Skree Bounty on your way to killing the Harpies
If you kill them all then map back to Jokanur to repeat the quest, it's about 50pts per run. If you accept a few more bounties and kill some insects as well, it'll go up to ~70 pts

If you're a non-Canthan character after the cartographer title, you can get the newbie tutorial area + the arena when there are Canthan holiday events. I heard you don't need them(?), but every little bit adds up!

It's true that you do not need them. I never got them with my Proph character, and I got Canthan GMC and still had patches in other exlporable areas that I had not uncovered. There is a lot of leeway in all of the campaigns.
To answer the OP, there are only two missable titles, and they happen to be mutually exclusive (you can't get one if you get the other). They are Legendary Defender of Ascalon (reach level 20 before leaving Pre-Sear) and Survivor. I don't think you need to have either to attain A God Walking Among Mere Mortals.
