Shield / Sword PC

I am at work so forgive me if I do not know the names.

Stats are:

Reinforced Buckler ( Thanks Jackie that was it )
16 Armor
-5 physical damage taken ( 19% chance)
req 10 tactics
(Looks like a round scaled shield, only center of it can be dyed from what I saw)

Max damage Long sword with 15^50 ??
Req 9 on sword

If it's not inscribable then I'm afraid merchant food. Only single & flawed mod in it.

What req does the long sword have? Could you edit info to your original post so that we can price check that as well.

merch shield imo....1 mod only(and its not perfact) :/
