Problem:
For the record, I've never experienced a single error in any of the previous three Guild Wars chapters. Not once; not even a measly crash.
After having bought Eye of the North directly via the online store, I started playing with my main character, and had no problems whatsoever on any level. Then, I arrive at the Hall of Monuments, and take a peek into the Scrying Pool, and pick the First Vision. Cinematic plays out normally, up until the point the camera "dives" into the light, and all becomes white. Then, I see a blue screen for a fraction of a second, and the computer restarts.
I've replayed the scene a couple of times, with lesser graphic settings (I usually play with them maxed), and the same thing ocurred. When I return, the NPCs have green exclamation marks over them, as if the scene had transpired normally.
Any ideas? Besides "update your drivers", please. I have them up to date.

If that Blue screen is a error code of any kind it is the imfomus blue screen of death which if it is caused by the bright white light you are haveing a video card Infinite Loop which will cause a suddon reboot to prevent Major loss of your video card.

Rather than saying "update your drivers", I'll say "try modified drivers". It might help. Certainly helped me solve a Source-Engine rebooting error I was having the other day.
