How much would the price increase by on the Gloom Shield if I added a 30hp handle to it? s:

shield = 20k
sword = 40k?

Don't mod weapons for the sake of selling, it's not profitable.

Fellblade - 40-50k.

edit: I only asked about the handle because I see a load of Gloom Shields going at the moment, and theres a huge difference between those with a 29hp and 30hp handle, despite every other spec being the same - But ty any way

No there isnt... If inherent, then yes, but the items in question are inscription. A +30 handle costs 8-10kish. That's not a huge difference.
