Has anyone else tried this?
For some reason when I was logging in to my PlayNC account, it told the the password was wrong. It wasn't but I had them reset it and I tried again with the generated pw in the email which also didn't work. A friend of mine also tried and it didn't work either.
I contacted their support yesterday and still haven't heard back from them so I figured I'd try logging into it today. Now it says that my account is permanantly blocked.
Does this mean that I can never buy any of the online store stuff that I'm never going to buy anyway? Anyone else ever get banned from PlayNC for trying to login?
PlayNC Account Blocked?

There were some problems in the past weeks involving plaync accounts that were blocked due to some anti-fraud schemes they put into play. It's possible that you may be a victim of that action although in your case it doesn't sound like you lost any actual game keys.
Publicly they stated that "dozens" of accounts had been affected. Personally I call shenanigans on that. If it was just a few dozen accounts that were affected as was implied, it should not have taken a work week to process all of the accounts in question from the moment the first account was "fixed." I have a sneaking suspicion that the problem is bigger than they let on, and a lot of casual players who don't visit bulletin boards will have rude awakenings over the coming weeks and months.
a.net really needs to make a public message on their website telling people about this. That way if a casual player checks back later they can at least be pointed to the URL and be assured that it's a known issue.
