Portable Kurzcik/Luxon Blessing

Hello everyone.
I had this little idea that i thought it would be useful because most of us like to use the Kurzick/Luxon skills but dont really have the time to grind grind grind.

Tome of Kurzick/Luxon Blessing:
For 30 minutes, You gain Kurzick/Luxon faction for each creature you slay. Boss creatures provide bonus faction. (just like the ordinary blessing, but without the regen)

How to get:
Method: Exchange faction points for Tome of Kurzick/Luxon Blessing
Faction points needed to transfer: 2,000
Faction points progress gained: 4,000

I think that by this way people could play any part of the game, and still farm for the title.
I imagine it would be most satisfying to play the Dungeons/Elite Missions and at the end you get an important and useful title.

Seeing as you aren't helping either the Kurzicks or the Luxons by beating up on Charr in GW:EN, this is a definately a no.

Fix up on the idea and it will be ok.

You get faction from charr in gwen now with q8 of the title. Why would you trade in faction for a faction blessing anyway?

The every 25 killed from GW:EN bonus scheme would be nice in Factions, but that would affect the balance too much I suspect. Also you have HM in Faction and an Arborstone Farm get 1000 factions in 7-10 minutes anyway.
