Wow, I never noticed how lucky/how much Anet kinda favors Taiwan. Is it cause they never used to win halls or something?

So, I'm bored and am looking at the Mini-pets on guildwiki. And EVERY single mini that goes for 1000+ ecto at least is/was exclusive to Taiwan or you have to win the Guildwars Championship.

America REALLY needs a "Asian" mini. What I was thinking, is whenever the next championship is, or you feel like throwing some America exclusive promotion, make a MINI-URGOZ. His evil brother, Kanaxai gets his own. This shows either that you favor Luxon to Kurzick, or that your waiting to release a Mini-Urgoz (And don't wh0re him out like you did with Mallyx. Mallyx is the games overall hardest challenge, and his Mini is a simple drop from a lottery).

Mini Urgoz would be awesome but don't you think that another uber rare mini would destroy more lives trying to farm the millions of gold required? Yeah dude Taiwan is stacked with minis, when we Americans get gay mountain trolls.

These threads would hold some meaning if the people posting them were actually interested in the pets, instead of wanting to make easy cash out of them.

If you can't afford an Asian mini..tough shit.

Meh these threads do my head in.

Making mini-pets a tradeable item was a poor idea, one which should be rectified..soon.

In Taiwan,rare player listen what is Guildwar (rare CM in Taiwan's Game Magzine,and rare CM in Taiwan's internet coffee shop).

ANet and NCtaiwan don't take care how many guildwar is sold in Taiwan,HK.

NCtaiwan pay rare money on CM and seednet Guildwar server, and rare player play Guildwar(Most Taiwan Player like ture money maker ONline game)

How many players do buy Guildwars on taiwan server? I Believe the number is less 500~1000 (All city on Taiwan server is like dead city )

ps. NCtaiwan ban IP ,so if IP isn't in Tawain,HK.No way to play guildwars on Taiwan server.

My sentiments exactly. It's one thing to want a pet, like a friend of mine wants a Kuunavang, for the sake of HAVING one and treasuring it. No matter how rare/common they may be.

But just trying to make quick and easy cash at your next available chance? Don't expect the rest of us to go jumping for joy and tattooing your name to our arses.

Anet is probably following the business world's flow and is investing in Asia. And business magazines have been talking about how Asia has so much profit potential with all the potential consumers especially in China. I assume the board meeting was like we got the most we can from Europe and the U.S now lets get those in Asia!!! I think this is one of those games that does'nt do well in those regions and they are using mini's as a lure. I like how the exculsivity gives birth to backlash.

I just want to collect Mini-Pets for the Hall of Monuments.... and for my other characters to have a special little friend.

Who the hell would want them JUST to sell them? Why not cut out the middle-man and want the cash directly instead?

come over to euro or Aus - We NEVER get excusive pets

There is a reason euro and aus don't get any of these promotions our player numbers are already high, America's numbers are dropping and the Tawain promotion items where given out close to release to boost numbers there.

The Asian minis do seem to have been given out for some ridiculous reasons. Personally, I think it would have been better if they'd never been exclusive. And no that's not me QQ'ing because I don't have enough money to buy one, it's because of threads like this and people bitching about the whole, so when someone manages to get one they can sell it for a large sum of money.

If they'd all been available to people from the beginning, the price may not have been 10-25k like some minis, but it wouldn't have been the ludicrously high price it is now, and people would be complaining less (hopefully).
