Mods won't change the price range, just easier to get it sold, agreeing with Saint about the price.

i sold a req.10 non-perfect one of the same sword for 100k by pure luck,
a non-perfect req.9 for 60k after 3days of heavy marketing (the offers were around 40-50k)
since req9s get around 40-50k from buyers i would agree on the price given above for an easy sale...

I hope you didn't add the vamp over the sundering - I would get a perfect salvage kit and get off the 30hp then sell the sword for the price above ;P
