OK, don't kill me for the dubble post, i couldn't find out how to edit the title of my other post, so again i'm sorry for the dubble post!

anyways.

Vampiric briarwood Scythe of enchanting

9-41 (req 9 scythe mastery)
health regeneration -1
life stealing :5
enchantments last 20% longer
inscription : "Guided by fate"
Damage +15% (while enchanted)

i wana know if i could make the price go up if i changed the vampiric for something, and again sorry for dubble posting.

I would go for 30k or so, nice mods, have sold worse Briarwoods for more. ;P
