The Circle Of Nine is rebuilding. PvE based, yet I personally play PvP as well. The guild has been around for 2 years now,yet the majority of people that played stopped logging in about 6 months ago.
In any event, I would like any people that play regularly and looking for a helpful guild to at least PM me and play with the leader of The Nine. I'm looking for regular players. Full hall(Isle of Solitude),and all that good stuff.
