gladiator arena?

really sorry if this used to be in the game and I am being ignorant

the thought of maybe a 1v1 arena were people can fight, maybe with glad point system for 5wins or more etc.

kinda like guild scrimmage but for everybody to participate in...

maybe not gladiator title but maybe something similer with a different name?

heard a rumor this used to be in the game but got removed, not sure on that....thoughts?

1v1 sucks because gimmicky builds pwn there.

thats the reason, why a real 1vs1 should get then for each class new for this system own balanced gladiator skills, skills, that are then only usable in the gladiator arena ... and in no other pvp area or in pve ...

then it would make sense and i would love to get this implemented

1v1 is not indicator of skill, whatsoever.

And other shit like that. No one wants it, and we don't need it.

Surprisingly, bunny isn't the only person that doesn't want it. He may have made a generalization but its widely known that many people don't want this implemented and there is a fair chance that we wont be getting it anyway.

GW is a team game, even if each profession was given special skill only for its class, it still would not prove anything, pretty much the only way too win would just be luck and button mashing and hoping that who youre fighting sucks.

P.S this idea has been posted so many times its not even funny anymore

Yea people would use noob builds and own everyone in the arena. Maybe people can come up with counter but nah.

Just do hero battle its like that except with heroes and shrines.

There is already the Bison tournament anyway to get your 1v1 on.

The only people who want these arenas are the scrubs in AB yelling "OMG SIN U 1v! ME OKAY? I RIPOS U TO DAETH!!111!"

But yeah, 1v1 means nothing. There is hardly any skill in a 1v1 where people can bring whatever they want. If they thought about implementing it before and didn't, then that means it probably fails.
